What are his/her wants and desires? What problems does he/she need solved? If you don’t already know that, try surveying the customers that you already have. Ask them a few questions about themselves, why they bought the product, what they like about it and what they don’t like. In return, offer them a coupon or a discount to get that feedback. That information will be hugely valuable to you.
